i found the staff friendly and helpful. ms. esra from guest relations was especially lovely and always ready to assist. the breakfast had amazing variety, i could find everything i like. i really appreciated the quick text messages to make sure everything was okay.
i noticed that the way to the elevators was a bit difficult for people with mobility issues. the distance to the elevator from the entrance is long, which may be challenging.
